'pole-pole' in East Africa

This is the latest sample on Instagram.

Spending a few months on the East coast of Africa, soaking up the warmth, learning off the people, smelling spice and shisha in the wind and a chilled lifestyle does wonders in shaping a good lifestyle perspective. I love learning from other cultures... and this is one of the best.

  1. By the way... pole-pole means "slowly-slowly" or "chill out" in swahili, the language spoken in East Africa.
